Beer Bread: Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest

Today at The Filling Station – Beer Bread.
This week the bread was made with Sierra Nevada’s Oktoberfest collaboration with the German brewery Gutmann Brewing. The bread has broken pretzel bits in and on top; a bit chewier to remind you of the huge pretzels served at Oktoberfest. Then, we paired the bread with a zesty cheese spread. Close your eyes and dream of being at Munich in the big tent. Prost!
